Hello, my name is Shalon Delgado and on behalf of Expert Village I’m here today to talk to you about nutrition. Nutrition is a very important topic especially when you’re a model. You want to maintain good nutrition, that means good eating habits. I’d like you to talk to your Nutritionist and get you on a specific diet focusing on your specific body and your needs as far as nutrition. Those are very important when you’re a model. Another thing you want to do is keep a diary of everything that you eat to see what is good for you and what is not good for you, what’s going to make you gain weight or loose weight and you want to know where you need to be as far as weight also. You also want to watch out for diet fads, diet fads are very, very bad because you can get on diet to loose weight but then once you quit taking those diet pills you’re going to gain it right back and they’re really unhealthy for your body. You want to know what is right for you as far as your diet, you also want to know what is healthy for you. Like I said keep a diary of your diet and make sure that you speak to your Nutritionist about what is specifically right for you.
