My favorite is huevos rancheros (ranch eggs)- scrambled eggs with pinto beans, hash browns, chorizo sausage and lots of hot red or green chile on a corn tortilla. Really wakes your taste buds up.
Green. With ham.
Well i open the lid on the box then i pick out the amount of eggs i want then i close the lid until next time.
I don't really like eggs on their own any way. If I do have them they're probably scrambled, though I prefer them in cakes!
i'd love an omelet with portobello mushrooms and laughing cow cheese please..
Nothing fancy, it's a work day. How about 2 scrambled, with maybe a sprinkle of cheddar cheese on top. Oh, and just a touch of salt and fresh ground black pepper.
Thank you!
Eggs only...does that mean only eggs can respond? I'm confused. But that withstanding, I'll have my eggs scrambled with goat cheese and prosciutto on a piece of toast. Holy shit that sounds so delicious right about now.
cadbury yummmmm
Scrambled for me please
Over easy!
Sunny side up can leave one side too crispy.
Scrambled is just a mess.
Over medium. Is bacon coming with this? ;)
hard/soft boiled.
In one piece, with a little chic inside.
Either soft-scrambled or in a veggie omelette. With a couple of slices of toast and some bacon, naturally!
Different every morning if I wasn't lazy. I like many varieties. half, omelette's, minced+fried, just fried, even boiled sometimes. I just don't have them nowadays. I have peanut butter instead :D
Back in the fridge. I don't like eggs.
Fried with a slices of american cheese.
Fried - Over easy (runny, but cooked, yolk). (I like dipping toast!) ;-)
scrambled with some cheese sauce on the top...yummmyyyyy
Sunny side up..^_^
basted, easy-not hard
Overeasy, please
Scrambled, or on a fried-egg-sandwich!!!!!!!
poached !
I'd like them thrown in the trash..*blech*
Scrambled with diced onions and pieces of bacon with salsa over the top. better known as a streetcar omelet.
cooked!
Why, you plan on spending the night?
Over easy!!!!!!!!!
hard boiled
unfertilized...LOL!! j/k
Scrambled
I love eggs any way, but a favorite is eggs in a nest. You make a hole in your bread, put some butter in the pan, then the bread, then the egg in the hole. Fry on both sides. I think I will have one right now, thanks for reminding me!
Almost any way you can imagine. Scrambled, Omelet, Hard Boiled, Over MEDIUM...runny yoke, firm white please! Add some grits and bacon, or REAL country ham and "red-eye gravy" a buttermilk biscuit or two...and yummy...it's breakfast!
scrambled with cheese and spinach - throw in some garlic so we wont catch colds
Actually, I prefer over hard, hard boiled (scrambled as a last resort.....I do not like runny eggs)
Over hard ... it's just not good enough having them over easy :-P
Sunny Side Up with a strip of bacon
scrambled, just right.......
1st- crack the egg in pan
2nd- divide the yoke into half
3rd- scramble the right side first
4th- then the left side
5th- add together then scramble again
6th- enjoy
Scrambled. With salt.
scrambled, but only the way i make it :)
"To Go"
Unfertilised!
Over medium, no white uncooked. I hate that slimy stuff.
If it's just eggs and not in something like an omelet I prefer them over medium. No runny uncooked white!
scrambled
I have never met an egg I didn't like. Any way it's cooked is fine with me.
scrambled
MMMMmmmmmm *drools*
Scrambled. Fried. Boiled. Any of the above are DELICIOUS!
Scrambled. I love scrambled eggs!
Over easy.

how do you fix your huevos rancheros, creepyguy?
by LynfromNM on November 3rd, 2007
hi LynfromNM :) after traveling through most of Mexico I've found that huevos rancheros are made in zillions of different ways and seem to have little or no common thread other than eggs ;) My family, from the central part of Mexico, makes the sauce by frying chopped onions in a pan, and adding a can of tomato sauce blended with chilipetines (a variety of small hot peppers) and some salt and boiling it down until it's nice and thick. Then we serve it over fried eggs, usually with bacon, and eat it with tortillas :)

that sounds so yummy! Thanks creepyguy!
