it depends. I mean look at each person you've been with and the scenario. Also at what age you started having sex. Does it make sense to you? Then it's not a lot. If you just had 17 one night stands and only two relationships then maybe thats a lot but that's probably not the case.

Assuming you became sexually active around 20, that's 19 guys over 14 years which - on average - is one guy every 9 months. I don't think that's very excessive, to be honest. I mean, if you entered into a long-term monogamous relationship at age 21 so you've slept with 1 person for the last 13 years, and 18 people the previous year, that would be a bit excessive.
