I would not say that Acetaminophen is the drug name for Tylenol, as Tylenol can contain substances, other than Acetaminophen, too. Usually it is codeine. And in Canada they may also add caffeine to Tylenol and get some special formulations.

But as for Mylan 155 pill, it is really a combined medication that consists of 650mg of Acetaminophen (not Tylenol!!!) and 100mg of Propoxyphene Napsylate. It is Darvocet-N 100 - a generic version manufactured in the USA by Mylan Pharmaceuticals.

It belongs to pain relievers, analgetics, anti-inflammatory drugs and fever reducers.

    Acetaminophen 650mg; Propoxyphene 100mg

ACETAMINOPHEN; PROPOXYPHENE (Darvocet-N® 50, Darvocet-N® 100, Darvocet A500™, Wygesic®) is a combination of two different types of pain medicine and is used to treat mild to moderate pain.

    Generic Name: Propoxyphene Napsylate, Acetaminophen
    Strength: 100 mg, 650 mg
    Manufacturer: Mylan Pharmaceuticals
    Trade Name: N/A
    Type: Analgesic
    Class: RX, CIV

This pill can have some recreational value.
Propoxyphene is a mild narcotic pain reliever, and a schedule IV controlled substance (CIV). Acetaminophen (Apap) is the drug name for Tylenol.
This drug is often abused, although it is not wise due to the high Apap content. These pills contain 650mg of Acetaminophen, Acetaminophen intake should not exceed 4000mg a day. So there is a thin line between recreational levels and acute Acetaminophen toxicity (poisoning).
You can view more info on this drug at Drug Digest.
You can also read some of the controversy surrounding this drugs effectiveness vs. risk potential at Wikipedia.

From what I've found -- it's not uncommon for people to abuse it/not always used for it's intended purposes - and can be used to get high, hallucinate, etc. ; mostly when taken in larger doses.

Not to say that's what it's for... but...
