Help answer this question below.
Smile, be confident, and be honest. Don't try to outguess the interviewer--they want an idea of who you are and what you'll be like to work with and supervise.
I like someone who isn't afraid to make conversation and try to learn about the business during the interview. If someone seems interested in what kind of work they'll be doing, then I know they're a better candidate than someone who seems more interested in working hours and pay.
You definitely want to learn about those things, but save them for the end of the interview. Chances are your interviewer will bring them up, making you seem far less crass than if they're the first questions you have.

That is very good information to have. In my life I have only been to one interview. I have worked in the field from the time I graduated. Only as of recent upon changing my occupation to that of a seasonal employment with Parks Canada. Iam pretty much starting over right back to when I came into the work force, mind you I had a little savings, but some habits that had to be worked out, where as if I were a new employee into the work force they are like a blank slate. What I do posess is experience of common scense and work ethic. But for know I appreciate the feed back, but if I may be so bold what is it that you do or better yet manage. I do not mean to pry I'am curious.
thanks again
