I'm always cold and can never get warm even when the heat is on. Should I see a doctor?

    Also, poor blood circulation, like with the elderly, can keep you cold even in the summertime. Age and health condition plays a major part in staying cold. Go have a complete physical. Your answers are there with your physician.
