I had this rose flavored chocolate confection once when I was about 10 years old. It was so delicious, I will always remember it. I think love would taste like that. +

If love were a flavor. Hm. It would come in several varieties. Like ice cream. you could pick the flavor you're craving. The flavor of your lover's lips. of puppy paws. hazelnut. salt water. happy tears and sad tears. a cosmopolitan. rain and snow. but perhaps most importantly, if love was a flavor, it would always taste like perfection.

I's say dark chocolate or cinnamon. Um can't beat that. Except for coffee. Chocolate cinnamon coffee. Yes, that's it.

I would say it depends on where you are in life and love. It can taste anywhere from the bitterest vinegar to the most heavenly ambrosia, with hints of giggly jello, peppery spices, warm mulled cider, hot cocoa on a cold day, and everything in between.

Close to bakers chocolate, sweet, but also kind of bitter, and needing a lot of other ingredients to make it into something really special.

One of those Sour Patch Kids... they look so sweet and yummy until you actually put one in your mouth. I suppose that after you get past the sour coating they do become sweet again though...

Vanilla. It's basic, simple and enduring. It can be complimented with other flavors, but it can stand on it's own. It lasts. It's universal.

Creme Brulée With the candy sweet but hard to get through outside topping with a bit of cinnamon sprinkle for some spiciness and then you reach the inside and it's rich and creamy and luscious and more sweet and delectable than you ever imagined. But it can still leave a dirty cup behind:-)

    Blueberry pomegranate frozen yogurt.

Sweet with a rich thread of tartness through it! Light and creamy so you can just keep eating and eating...
but if you're not careful it will melt and if you neglect it you're left with a curdled puddle.

I have it!!! Last night I tried something that I hadn't had in over 20 years, and realized that this just has to be the right answer.

I finished two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and washed them down with a glass of milk. The sandwich was exciting and had a variety of textures and flavors. The milk, then completed the package by making me warm inside, and very satisfied.

SO.... for me, love tastes like a PBJ and milk.
