If a user is found to be under 13 years old then their account is shut down. When you sign up you tick a box saying you're 13 years old or older.

yes 13 is the legal age requirement.
I would not say that the ramifications are too serious since we have 12 year old Sages.
How do i file for divorce without spouse consent. the spouse refuse to sign any divorce papers so I'm just going to a banded the marriage. when i do this can I file for divorce later without her consent.
