Is 13 the minimum age requirement for someone to have an Answerbag account? What are the ramifications for a user who has confirmed that they are under the legal age?

    Legally we are obligated to remove the accounts (or at least any identifiable information) of anyone that we confirm to be under 13.

    I think it is 14, Kevin , I saw the question that I think your referring to , and it got passed me before I could get to it -- The answer should be in " The Terms of Use " I hope this helps

    If a user is found to be under 13 years old then their account is shut down. When you sign up you tick a box saying you're 13 years old or older.

    yes 13 is the legal age requirement.
    I would not say that the ramifications are too serious since we have 12 year old Sages.
