My stepdaughter is very disrespectful to me and my kids when they come over. My husband tries to correct her, but she apparently doesn't get the discipline at home. I have to deal with it every weekend. Any advice?

I have a step son who is 5. The biological father is overseas, has never known him and is not on the birth certificate. I have been married to mom since he was 6 months old.
Should we tell him I am not his biological dad or should we keep quiet?
