I think I'm a good patient. I prefer to be left alone, leaving everyone else alone in the process.
I tend to now even mention that I'm sick, which pisses people off when I'm contagious and go to class anyway.

When I'm sick, I'm usually alone and asleep or extremely quiet. Complaining only makes it worse for me.
