The wireless Bluetooth technology is a reference to Harald Bluetooth, a Danish king who united Denmark and a section of Norway. Bluetooth does the same for telecommunication. Bluetooth was designed with low powered, short range wireless communication in mind. Bluetooth technology is found in most modern day technology, including cell phones and video games. Bluetooth requires only a radio frequency and the software enabling it to transmit a signal to mobile devices. One Bluetooth signal can connect up to eight wireless devices simultaneously. Bluetooth devices rely on device authentication and not user authentication for security. "Non-trusted" devices will be denied outright while "trusted" devices can connect, but still require permission.Purpose
