Because Your taste buds are programmed to sense
nutrients and they give You pleasure (tasty) when
they sense food that is needed by Your body and
they give You displeasure (disgust) when they
sense something that works negative on Your
body. Though they don't sense everything
and the pleasure might hide the displeasure
and vice versa.

It must mean there is something in the peanut
butter and the bananas that Your body needs
very much. (or at least believes so)
