I read "Adventures in diet" by the arctic explorer Stefansson(it's free on the internet, check part III) about how native Icelanders never had cavities until modern times. They checked 100 skulls and couldn't find a single one. Apparently this was because of their diet. No bread, no sugar.
I'm nearly 35 and have no fillings, cavities or anything, only sightly bad gums when I don't brush properly!
I'm 29 & have also never had a cavity, filling, cap or anything.
same here.
I'm 40 and I've got no cavities or fillings either.
I am 45 and the only thing I have ever had is from a root canal because I broke a tooth when I was in high school. I say just great hygein(sp)
I believe that is pretty rare!

Thanks. If only my parents would have known this. They fed me breakfast cereal every morning. "It's healthy for you!" Yeah, right.
