    Celest Napa Oct 30th, 2009 Harley-Davidson helmets are made by HJC Helmets and AGV Helmets. Each brand is different in styling and in the venting technology used for their helmets. Both brands carry open-face and full-face helmet styles. All the helmets are DOT-approved.
