Nothing as I mix, chop by hand usually. Cant be bothered to wash all that stuff.+5

Syrah port. A measuring cup to measure the yeast culture, brandy, and yeast nutrient. Measuring spoons to measure enzyme additions, an electronic pH meter to monitor progress,and an electronic scale to weigh the ton and a quarter of grapes (to estimate dosages and yields). (about 140 cases of 500ml bottles, in about three years!) +3 TASTY!!!

About ten days ago. i made homemade chocolate fudge.

All of the utensils you mentioned were used in its preparation.

It was sensational.
