Definitely more sad songs than happy. I think it may be bad to do that unfortunately.
sad songs at first...then happy
If I hear a really happy song when I'm sad it just pisses me off hahaha
Depends... sometimes when I'm sad and I'll have that positive outlook on life and try to cheer myself up with happy music....
and other times when I'm depressed I have a more dark outlook on life and listen to depressing songs.
Sad songs, then I work my way up some type of slow, mellow songs, then I get into rock and lively/happy songs. Then I feel a little better!!!
When i'm sad i listen to hard rock song. I rather get mad then sad.
When I'm really sad, like my girlfriend left me close to a year ago, I didn't listen to any music for a while.
Sad songs, misery loves company.
