Really sucky.
It just happened to me for the first time last Friday. We had problems with our bank, and had to borrow money for gas all that week. I was driving my husband to cash his check, and we ran out of gas IN THE PARKING LOT of the Amscot. Then it started raining. I had do the walk of shame 1/2 mile. In the rain. In the ghetto. At 9:00 pm. to fill an iced tea jug with gas - because gas stations don't keep gas cans anymore... Gods forbid they HELP a stranded motorist - while my husband (who had just worked 14 hours) stayed at the car with the baby.
