Miss Anubis has it right. Breasts are fat and weight loss makes them shrink.
For women, weight loss usually is noticable in the chest area with signifigant weight loss. That's one of the first places we start showing the loss of weight in, I'm afraid.
The previous posters are right. If you are already slender the only way to make your boobs smaller is either surgery, or a whole lot of medical bandaging and duct-tape.
Since breast tissue is composed of mainly adipose tissue (fat), you will want to follow a plan to reduce your overall body fat levels. When you lose body fat, it will come off from all over your body including your breast tissue. Many women actually see most of the initial fat reduction in the breast region, so its a matter of following the right plan to lose this unwanted body fat.

I knew someone before that had really big breast and she joined the swim team and she got her chest size down a lot and more muscluar she went from a dd or larger to a b cup and she sead that her back was better. When you are swimming for a team or compeating you dont just do laps regular you do other styles as well to work your arms and your chest muscles it is really good for your body when you swim you arent straining your muscles like running and pounding the pavement. Also, uper body workout will help tone like lefting weights, pushups, pull-ups,I wish you the best of luck.Just a few things I thought may help.
Breast are part fat so loosing weight through diet and exercise may help. That'll only help a little though and if you are already slender chances are that surgery is your only option. Trust me, if there were a miracle pill or exercise I'd be doing it. As it is, I will be having my own surgery if insurance will cover it. The good news is that everyone I've talked to who has done it or knows someone who has done it agrees that it was definitely worth it.
