Was there alcohol involved? And if he is rude to you and makes jokes of you and doesn't try to protect you, you need to leave that loser. That is not fair that he was mad at you about that, his fault, he was the one that was rude and made a bad joke about you. Tell him to start being nice or you're out. Though you should prolly leave anyway, I would guess from the attitude present in the question that this isn't the first situation of disagreeance. thats not spelled right but w/e. Ditch him if something like that happens again. There are sooo many more people out there that would make you feel alot better than pissed off. Or upset.
I think in the heat of the moment it was probably a bad thing for him to do, but in the long term it shouldnt have any lasting effect really. I have a friend who always falls out with his girlfriend and parties and she nearly always storms off without him (usually cos she wants to leave earlier than he does) and they're fine nearly all the time. So don't worry! :)
Not fair. Your boyfriend disrespected you and tried to shift it to you by getting mad. Of course he is going to say he was playing, but the harm was already done and most likely he did not say this in front of friends. Apparently he was having too much fun and did not bother to stop you as he knew you were mad. A relationship without respect will get nowhere.
first things first what was the bad joke?
Maybe, maybe he didn't realize how bad the joke was, but he definitevely should've stopped you from leaving and apologize.
I would advise to find someone nicer as a boyfriend..
Sounds like you two really need to sit down and talk about your relationship. There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding and bad feelings. You need to work it out or find someone who brings less drama into your life.
