    No.
My forearm is longer by a good four inchs.

Then again, I'm not exactly a well-proportioned individual.
My arms have always been just a little too long, my wrists have always been just a little to thin, hardly anything on me is in proper proportion to anything else.

Never thought about it before but looking at them NO .
Maybe I am more Chimp like. I take a size 4 shoe but just on looking my forearm is longer,

Problem is I am so tall it is a long way looking down to my feet i could be wrong, my eyes are not that good.

Actually on doing the necessary foot up to wrist movement there is probably not very much in the size difference.

    Something I learned already today

I thoguht dont be silly - my forearm is way longer and I couldn't beleive the other answers.

    But I checked...
Looking at my forearm and foot I still thought forearm way bigger. But I couldnt get my foot up to my forearm.

    Measured it properly.
    THEY ARE THE SAME!!!
    I was surprised.

yeah your forearm should be approximately (if not) the same as your foot or vice versa in length. although your feet may look alot shorter than your forearm, it is actually the same length as your foot!

if your forearm measures like an inch or two more than your foot size, then you must be measuring this wrong. It should be that your foot is within an inch (or even as small as 1 cm) of the length of your forearm (maybe somebody might have feet slightly longer than their forearm).

At the risk of being called a retard, I just want to say that the human body does not always follow rules. My mother is a doctor, I'm not making things up. If these rules applied to everyone, we wouldn't have that slight difference in shoe size or abnormally long legs, etc.
Now... my foot is about an inch shorter than my forearm. I tried both feet over and over again until I finally took measuring tape and confirmed it. I'm not retarded, I did it right. I know where my forearm is, thank you.
Just to back this up and for anyone else that might be getting "strange" results - my limbs are long and my torso is short. I'm not proportional. I have relatively small feet. (Smaller than almost everyone I know that isn't more than five inches shorter than me.)

They should be close, if not identical. When I measured, My forearm was about 1/2- 1 inch longer than my foot. My foot measured 8 inches, my forearm 8 1/2. I know, tiny. lolololol. And please, don't be telling me I measured wrong. I had my hand and arm in the natural position, so it would not seem my wrist was further away. Ik how to measure. Its still close, anyways. gosh.
