Well it depends on who's looking. The FBI or your parents? First you'd have to insure that your computer isn't being monitored either by local programs installed on your computer or an outside source that is monitoring you IP address.
Then go look in a web browser then depending on who is looking.
If it's your parents you simple delete your browsing history, cookies, temporary internet files, etc. Most browsers have an option to do this.
If it's the FBI well I'm not sure if it's legal to talk about how to get away with it.
Of course through legal means it is impossible to delete your IP address from the server that you access the adult material from.
by the way what you looking at cuz i tend to hide stuff from my spouse
i almost doubt it..little files get stuck in your computer and you won't know about them until one day they decide to pop up..that happened to me once lol..and my dad was using the computer..even after we "cleaned" the drive...crazy adult world..why don't you just buy a dvd or something? you can hide it and there are no files that will download without your permission

Glance through it first, to make sure you do not delete anything that you want to keep, or you can make a backup to be on the safe side..
