Help answer this question below.

My mother never gets the trick of sending emails. She’s interested but extremely overwhelmed with most email services. Which one could be the simplest?

    I agree and when it installed choose the originally yahoo mail not the new one style as it is the very simplest.
    I just set up a system for a lady who hadn't been on a PC since windows 98 and got a Vista laptop so thats where I started her, she is 69 and seems to be doing well with it.

    yahoo mail. Easiest to handle, free, and you can do anything within a click!
