Out of 1.6 billion Muslems in the world, only a estimated 10 percent are extremist, and I empahize estimated. Although this would equal 1.6 million, still a smalll numer comparetively. As far as being qualified as being president I believe it is measured in how many generations have lived in the U.S. The Governorship od a state does not fall under the same criteria as a bid for president.

In order to run for Senate, which I'm assuming Obama must have done, considering how he's now a Senator, you must:
-Be at least twenty five and have been a US citizen for 10 years.

and you must have lived here for at least the past 14 years.
So yes, American is a nationality; nationality is defined by where you were born; and Barack Obama is American.

There is a lawsuit that claims Obama was born in Kenya and is NOT a Natural Born citizen. A simple Birth Certificate would clear this up but Obama has not produced one. In fact, he produced a "birth certificate" that was shown to NOT be a valid one so it has since been removed from his site.

1.) I find it interesting that the only source you could produce was from an organization as (admittedly) biased as 'Illuminati Pictures'.
2.) The claims of the certificate produced by the Obama campaign being forged have not, to this day, been proven to have any legitimacy, and given that a forgery is usually traceable via state health records and other sources, I'd say that the burden of proof rests on them to prove it false rather than Obama to prove it genuine.

BTW, explain to me why Obama wouldn't produce the orginal certificate or claim that it has been lost, stolen whatever. He has danced around this issue, that in it's self is telling. 1- It *Was* lost. Birth certificates getting lost is an easy enough thing to happen. Just a few years ago I had to go down to the social security office and get another copy of mine because it got lost in a move.

As for the link. If he has posted an image of his birth certificate, he has effectively proven his place of birth. So unless that can be proven fraudulent, all Berg's allegations show is that:
1- His family is out-of-touch and/or squabbling, and considering the size of his immediate family and what we already know about the status of his relationship with some of them, that's not too unlikely.

Furthermore, were you or your children born in Hawaii? Because different states do have different standards regarding what they issue when someone asks for a copy of their birth certificate. Some states give a complete form, some, Hawaii for instance, issue a Certification of Live Birth, which isn't as in-depth as the original copy.

My mistake, it was as you stated! But the only portion that is applicable is that he must be natural born and he hasn't provided legal proof of that fact as yet,only a forged birth certificate which doesn't help this situation at all!

As I'm sure I've probably said at some point, there is little or no logical reason to believe that the birth certificate presenting was forged, so the burden of proof, at this point, rests upon the accuser/s.
And as of yet, virtually all allegations of Barack Obama being anything other than American have been extreme stretches of logic, heresay, or both.

He, Obama, needs to allow everyone to see his vaulted certificate of live birth which shows which hospital he was born, where he was born, show his passport details, explain how he was able to travel to Pakistan when American passport holders were not allowed to go, divulge his school records, etc., etc. This will end any controversy surrounding his eligibility to run for POTUS. Why does he continue to hide these documents from "his" constituents? WHY?

No other presidential candidate in contemporary history has had to do that. The big question I can't help but ask here is, WHY is Barack Obama being held to such high standards, especially when those standards involve something with absolutely no relevance to his competence as commander in chief?

but legal can be gotten IF legal . and no other president in history has EVER been aloof as he has because they had nothing to HIDE...it has relevance to his loyalties...he does not even know "who " he is ,else he would not be searching for roots and visiting people he hardly even knew....

The Right wing really hasn't done anything since Obama's election. He has pretty much taken over the limelight and all the power, along with his croneys in Congress. Republicans really have no reason to keep attention off themselve because as of Obama's election, they are powerless in this country.

Problem is,who is checking? No one checked before he ran. The courts refused to make him show it. Hawaii sealed his records. Kenya sealed his records. The facts are that he was syupposedly born in three different hospitals, two in Hawaii and one in Kenya. The fact that he is favoring our enemies and dissing our allies and destroying our country and ignoring our Constitution should be proof enough for anyone that something is deeply wrong. He hates the country and figures as soon as he ceded our sovereignty to the UN he will be President of the World. How can the right wing or anybody else get the limelight when Obama is ALWAYS on TV. The only time that he isn't on TV is when he's taking a dump. He's probably on the porn channels when he's having sex. When does he have time to do his job? For branciforte--if you've been watching TV at all, you will know that he bows to leaders of other nations (a submissive act), you will also hear of him visiting the enemies of our nation and bailing out on our friends. After the first showing or two, the Democratic media will suppress anything that is considered anti-Obama. I always try to be neutral, but I'm not going to let our country go down without a fight, and we are sinking like the Titanic.
