Well i have had diarrhea for the past two days and couldn't get to the store and all i had here at home was some rice a roni, and it actually helped stop the diarrhea. it doesnt just have to be bland plain white rice. hope that helps.

if the diarrhoea is due to a bug eat nothing but drink plenty.. you dont feed the bug, starve for 12 hours keep up the fluids to replace lost body salts etc

My mother would give me tea and toast to begin with. If you can stand it, plain steamed carrots can stop diarrhea. Then, just have really bland food the rest of the day. Raw foods are not good the first few days.

i think starving for a while is the best instead of eating.

because diarrhea is caused by the food you eat.. or i think..

It depends on the cause of the diarrhea. In most cases, drinking plenty of water is very important, and eating bland, unspiced food is best. The stomach digests cooked rice very easily, so that would be a good start.
