About me:	Sadly, I'm not here as much as I would like, so the following may be moot, or at least of little use, but here goes. As so many have done here, I'll just make a small note about 'Friends'. Any 'Friends' request is, naturally, happily received. However, I won't agree a request if a person has little on AB to enable me to make up my mind about accepting. Stick around and contribute for a while though, and I'll have enough information to make a decision. Sounds terribly judgmental doesn't it? In my defence I would say that my 'Friends' list is of some importance to me here - I don't ask often and only accept an offer if I'm as certain as I can be that I'm making a good decision. I don't want or need pages of 'Friends', but the ones I do have I would sincerely like to keep, preferably for some time. These people (I believe) are some I've encountered here who have value, integrity, humour, humanity - that's why they're there. I really don't want to have to hit 'remove' if I don't have to, hence my caution in accepting new requests from users I can't adequately consider.
