IS IT OK TO WEAR SILVER EYESHADOW WITH A YELLOW BRIDESMAID DRESS TOMORROW. THE WEDDING IS OUTSIDE AND I WANT IT TO LOOK LIKE I HAVE MAKEUP ON. MY EYES A GREEN AND MY HAIR IS BROWN W/BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS. THIS WONT MAKE ME LOOK SLUTY WILL IT? SKIN TONE IVORY.

Whenever I put on eyeshadow, flecks of powder fall onto my undereye area, and get stuck in concealer and I have to wipe it off and it smudges. How can I avoid this?
