if a mormon who has been married and sealed in the temple gets divorced, does that person also need to get "un-sealed"?

Partner & I are inactive LDS. I want to go back, he isn't sure. In the 8 months we haven't been to church, we moved in together & now engaged. We can't leave house or responsibilities that come with it. IF we go back, will this affect Temple marriage?
