Help answer this question below.
Talk to her when she's in a receptive mood. Like when she will be able to listen to you and isnt' busy with something else and not upset about something. Tell her you're concerned about her because she doesn't seem like her normal self.
I've had a really bad bout with depression before and my family were telling me I was crabby all the time. I think I had good reason to be crabby because of things they were doing at the time but I started feeling physically exhausted and went to the doctor on my own. I told him what my family had said and he started talking to me about depression.
Maybe she's not feeling the best herself. Ask how she's feeling and if she's happy.
She'll be more likely to consider your suggestions if you listen to her first and let her know you really care how she feels.

How do you let go of the pain, of your parents treating you so hatefully? My mom has been so spiteful and negative towards me, and my dad sits back and doesn't do anything about it. I realize she is toxic, so I stay away, but my dad doesn't seem to care.

My mother just advised me to try to poop in the toilet at home instead of the 1s at school because the toilets at home are cleaner and therefore I have no risk of contracting an STD from the toilet at home; only from the 1s at school. What do I do?
