Talk to her when she's in a receptive mood. Like when she will be able to listen to you and isnt' busy with something else and not upset about something. Tell her you're concerned about her because she doesn't seem like her normal self.
I've had a really bad bout with depression before and my family were telling me I was crabby all the time. I think I had good reason to be crabby because of things they were doing at the time but I started feeling physically exhausted and went to the doctor on my own. I told him what my family had said and he started talking to me about depression.
Maybe she's not feeling the best herself. Ask how she's feeling and if she's happy.
She'll be more likely to consider your suggestions if you listen to her first and let her know you really care how she feels.
