Ok...how do we rate comments? Or are we not allowed to do so with the new version of answerbag?

Is there a reason that foul language has become acceptable on AB?

You reply "thanks". If I reply "your welcome" am I trying to get the last word in? (thanks in advance if that helps)

Does anyone think that something like the this (see referring URL) will work on AB? There's also a question at the end of it. LOL

I don't care if anybody will "jump and dance." I would just rather somebody post a comment of value or don't comment at all. If what I was saying was so important to induce a "thanks," it's important enough for them to add something more intelligent and helpful.
.
Also, this entire website is meant for what you would perceive as jumping and dancing. Having a meaningful conversation is not jumping and dancing. You contradicted yourself in that on one hand you say that this is a page for people to help others, then on the other hand, you say that if you're looking for more than a thanks, you're on the wrong page. Helping people is more than thanks; that's my point. Both of those can't be true, so which is it?
.
I don't even know why I took the 40 seconds or so to type this out, but I'm feeling especially eloquent and bitchy. Usually, I don't do this, but -5 for being unhelpful, hard to understand, and a logical fallacy sold as something actually worth saying.
