Why did Nikita Khruschev blame all his policy disasters on Stalin? And on America? And on enemy elements in his own country listening to anti-working class propaganda of radio Liberty funded by CIA?

    Because socialist systems don't make things any better for people. So, the people who promote them need some enemy that they can blame to distract the people from the real source of their failures.
