Make sure you get your answer across, and answer the whole question. Don't use abreviations, example, "u" for the word "you". Don't curse, and be polite, make sure your spelling and grammar is correct. Follow all these rules and you should have a great answer.
Ive been called a moron and a skank for not washing my hair everyday. I wash it every other day. Is this person right to call me this?

I disagree. Sno517 is giving the reader a checklist of things to review, and in this form the main points might be noted as:
1. Completeness
2. Syntax
3. Manners
4. Spelling & grammar
and in this context "Spelling & grammar" is one category, for which the singular "is" would be the correct choice.

Doesn't have to be. That's old english but still legit. I'm a little surprised that you didn't mention something like know what you are talking about and give a correct answer.
